We ship all over the world. We provide major carrier such as DHL, SF and local carrier, ex. ACS & Postal Service. You can choose the carrier according to your preference. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are and the shipping method you choose. It’ll take up to 1-3 business days to process your order.
In general, it takes within 7-14 working days to receive your orders after it’s shipped. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

2 Mail the items back to us following our return guidelines:
Write down your orders number and your name on a piece of paper attached to your return.
Mail it to: 6F., No.274, Fusing N. Rd., Jhongshan Dist., Taipei City 10478, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
You will be responsible for any fees related to the return. We suggest to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
For orders which aren't shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package. We takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.
3 Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you through our customer service channel, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
If you are approved for a refund, we will process it by contacting you. If it’s for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
